“We had always kept a handful of calves after weaning to finish for friends and family and in April 2018, we made our first delivery of beef to the Edgar Bar. As that partnership grew, we eventually quit selling calves at the sale barn, funneling them all into the beef business. The cattle are all finished right here on our farm with feed we grow. In the fall of 2022, we opened the Oswald Farms Beef store on our farm where customers can purchase anything from a package of hamburger or one steak, all the way up to an entire beef.
We pride ourselves in producing the BEST beef around. All of our beef is 100% MONTANA raised and is processed LOCALLY at a USDA inspected processing facility. We sell our beef as individual cuts, custom packages, quarter, halves or wholes.”
